How to Redeem

Selecting your prize.

1. Have your certificate number ready (from your email notice).
2. Review all prizes at your Reward Level or lower.
3. When you have selected your reward prize just add to your cart and start the check-out process.

Check-out Process (Using your certificate to check-out)

1. Add your prize to your cart
2. Click View Cart or Checkout
3. Next, Click the “Enter Your Certificate Here” box (at the top) and enter your certificate number exactly as shown on your email.
4. Now Click “Apply Certificate“-  You must apply the certificate to insure proper checkout. If applied correctly will show “Applied Successfully”
5. Enter your shipping address and complete the form.
6. At the very bottom of the page, click the “Next” button and complete the checkout process. An order number will appear at the top of the final page showing that your order has been processed.
7. You are finished–just keep a copy or your order number for your record and should you need to contact us.
