How to Redeem

Selecting your prize.

1. Have your certificate number ready (from your email notice).
2. Review all prizes at your Reward Level or lower.
3. When you have selected your reward prize just add to your cart and start the check-out process.

Check-out Process (Using your certificate to check-out)

1. Add your prize to your cart
2. Click View Cart or Checkout
3. Next, Click the “Enter Your Certificate Here” box (at the top) and enter your certificate number exactly as shown on your email.
4. Now Click “Apply Certificate“- your certificate number will be accepted. You must apply the certificate to insure proper checkout.
5. Enter your shipping address and complete the form.
6. Enter your Certificate Number again at the bottom and you are almost finished.
7. At the very bottom of the page, click the “Next” button and complete the checkout process. Until you get a confirmation of your order.
8. You are finished–just keep a copy or your order number for your record and should you need to contact us.
